Picked up stuff ordered online during Covid social distancing, contactless pickup. I got a call when the order was ready, and i called when i got there for directions, and the staff were very helpful. Prices are good, a hidden gem of Beverly.
First time here! Store is tucked around the back of the building, a hidden treasure...
So are the folks who manage it & all the folks I met while visiting. Let your art side out and give them a visit soon. I went right home and painted a relaxing watercolor with the kit I purchased and a brush that was picked out just for me š usually drawing in sand, so this was nice

I called first to ask about products and was assured they had what I needed. When I got there and spoke to cashier she took me immediately to get my items and made suggestions for more related items. They are very efficient and friendly. And very knowledgeable

Iāve bought fine arts supplies here for myself since 1997. I have bought supplies from here for my different schools Iāve worked at and for my art center for just as long. The people who work here are incredible, so helpful and have a great delivery service. I highly recommend them!
I brought my 6-year-old grandson in to buy some art supplies, there was no one available for the first 5 minutes we were walking around the store. I was getting ready to leave because I thought maybe the place was being robbed because it was a ghost town. Finally an angry looking millennial showed up and offered no help at all. Her only offering was dirty looks. Finally an Old Gentleman at the counter was able to answer some questions. I couldn't tell you if their price points were good or not because I'm not an artist. I was just looking for an activity with my grandson. He was actually scared because of the lack of people, and then the lack of friendly people. You almost had the feeling that you were putting them off by showing up. Never again
I have been shopping here since I was 12. The Art Supply āsmellā brings me back (IYKYK) to art classes with Charlie Alan and days spent creating. Two decades later itās still my go-to store for anything art. Their prices are unbeatable, their customer service top notch! From art supplies to birthday gifts, school crafts, to even Covid curbside pickup, this store cannot be beat!
Best art store around. Their prices are often less than Amazon. I love this store and I have only had positive experiences with the staff.
